Studio Rates & Booking Form

ViewSpace provides trained staff to attend to your every need. All sessions are fully hosted to provide premium hospitality, respondent registration and issuing incentives, full technical support and management all catering requirements. Our aim is to fully support the moderator/meeting manager in providing a welcoming, supportive and stress free working environment.

Daytime (before 5pm): Rates available for hourly, half day and full day sessions

Evening (after 5pm): Rates available for hourly, half day and full day sessions

These rates include:

  • Use of Studio and Viewing room with 2-way mirror viewing and live video streaming to overhead screen with audio volume control;
  • Use of 50" LCD projection screen including interactive SMART whiteboard;
  • Technical support services;
  • 1 standard definition video copy of each group/interview. SD quality video and audio recording will be provided on DVD as an .mp4 file. Should you require any other format, or a separate audio file, please let us know in advance;
  • Studio and technical assistance;
  • Complimentary wireless Internet access.

Please note that:

  • Rates are based on Groups being continuous and completed by 10.30pm
  • HD recording option available – pricing on request
  • Catering subject to separate quotation.

Catering Rates

Catering services can be provided via local restaurants. With a selection of some 20 eating establishments in the local area, offering the entire range of cuisine, there is something for everyone�s taste and budget. A selection can be made in advance or in some cases made on the day of arrival. Hot and Cold food can be served during the sessions and drinks can be self-served from the bar or will be served to clients.

Any special dietary requirements can be catered for - just ask!
